Measuring Success is a made in Toronto framework which identifies best practices and core competencies for effective drop-in work. The framework connects best practices to drop-in activity and data collection specifically for Drop-Ins. The ICE data collection tool allows both the core DropIn programs as well as customized projects to demonstrate the positive outcomes for participants. This framework is presented by TDIN staff and subject matter experts.
